Simple Ground Beef Recipe

Meal prep is one of those things that seems impossible to know where to start, but once you have a good routine down, it changes the way you’ll be cooking in your kitchen forever. This simple ground beef recipe is one of my household essentials that reduces my cooking time for dinner rapidly.

I love to prepare it in massive quantities, separate it into individual quart size ziploc bags, and freeze them to have on hand for the meals that I can make out of it. Whether it be Chili, Aush, or Sambosa, this is my go to recipe that makes all those meals half way cooked before I even enter the kitchen.
