A delectable sauce that adds a fresh element to any bland plate, chutney is a staple we keep in our refrigerator year round. When dinners get repetitive, switch up the sides and give it a refreshing twist by sprinkling a little something new to the plate. Method
- Wash your cilantro, remove them from the stems.
- Cut and remove seeds from jalapeno pepper.
- Wash mint, remove mint from stems
- Peel garlic
- Cut lemon in half and juice the lemon
- Add cilantro, jalapeno, mint, garlic, walnuts, lemon juice and salt to a food processor
- Blend until mixed well. Can open the food processor, scrape down the sides and blend once more to ensure it is properly blended.
