Afghan Masala Fries Recipe

Masala Fries are a delicious part of Kenyan cuisine! They call them Chips Masala. I was introduced to them by my husband, and when I tell you my tastebuds were excited, it was a whole party in my mouth.

As someone who fervently believes that potatoes are a food group on their own, I knew I had to have these made in a way that I could share with you all.

I decided to recreate them with an Afghan adjustment. We love to eat them especially with grilled chicken off the grill. I hope you enjoy these the next time you're craving fries. Noshejaan!
